1. Shipping Overview
Namayah is proud to offer worldwide shipping for our handcrafted luxury products. We understand that when you invest in artisanal craftsmanship, you want your piece to arrive safely and promptly. Every product is carefully packaged with premium protective materials to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition, regardless of where you are in the world. Our shipping process is designed to be as thoughtful and meticulous as the craftsmanship that goes into each product.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our workshop in India. We partner with internationally recognized courier services to provide reliable, trackable, and insured delivery to addresses across the globe. Each shipment includes a tracking number that you can use to monitor your order's journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within India:
- Standard Shipping — Delivery within 5-7 business days. This is our complimentary shipping option for all domestic orders above a minimum value. For orders below the threshold, a nominal shipping fee applies based on the package weight and delivery pin code.
- Express Shipping — Delivery within 2-4 business days. Available at an additional charge for customers who need their handcrafted pieces delivered quickly. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions and delivery location.
- Priority/Overnight Shipping — Delivery within 1-2 business days in select metro cities. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing for priority delivery.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, especially for remote or rural areas. We will provide tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. International Shipping
Namayah delivers handcrafted luxury to customers around the world. We currently ship to the following key regions, and many more:
- United States & Canada — Delivery within 7-14 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International. Standard international shipping (15-21 business days) is also available at a reduced rate.
- United Kingdom & Europe — Delivery within 7-12 business days via DHL or UPS. Standard shipping options (15-21 business days) are available for budget-conscious customers.
- United Arab Emirates & Middle East — Delivery within 5-10 business days via Aramex or DHL Express. We have strong logistics partnerships in the Gulf region ensuring swift customs clearance.
- Australia & New Zealand — Delivery within 10-15 business days via DHL or Australia Post partnerships.
- Rest of the World — Delivery timelines vary by destination (typically 10-21 business days). Please check at checkout for specific delivery estimates and shipping costs to your country.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the following factors:
- Package weight and dimensions — Handcrafted items vary in size and weight, and shipping costs are calculated accordingly. Heavy or oversized items such as large wooden sculptures or brass fixtures may incur additional shipping charges.
- Destination country and region — International shipping rates vary by destination. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may have higher shipping costs.
- Shipping method selected — Express and priority shipping options carry a premium over standard shipping.
- Free shipping thresholds — We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. The threshold varies by region and is displayed at checkout.
All shipping charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. These charges vary by country and are assessed by your local customs authority upon arrival of your shipment.
- Customs processing times may add to the estimated delivery timeline. While we provide accurate shipping estimates, we cannot control or predict customs clearance durations, which typically range from 1-5 business days but can occasionally take longer.
- Prohibited items — Certain materials or products may be restricted or prohibited by your country's customs regulations. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order. Namayah is not responsible for orders that are seized or returned by customs due to import restrictions.
6. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. For made-to-order or custom products, additional processing time of 7-21 business days may be required, as each piece is individually handcrafted to your specifications. You will be notified of the estimated production timeline at the time of order and updated via email when your item ships.
7. Packaging
Every Namayah product is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe transit. Our packaging materials include:
- Custom-fitted foam inserts and protective wrapping for fragile items
- Double-walled corrugated boxes for structural protection
- Bubble wrap and tissue paper for surface protection
- Branded Namayah packaging with a certificate of authenticity
- Care instructions card specific to the material of your product
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. For international orders, tracking information will be updated as the shipment passes through major transit points. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team.
9. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, including but not limited to delayed shipments, lost packages, or damaged goods upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We work closely with our courier partners to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible. For damaged shipments, please retain all packaging materials and photograph the damage before contacting us, as this information is required for filing insurance claims with the carrier.
